Returns

Returns for retail purchases, excluding custom orders and sale items, are allowed within 10 business days of purchase. A return item may be exchanged or refunded, provided that the item is in perfect condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. When shipping the return item, please package the item securely in a hard box and insure the delivery for your protection. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and a return authorization # ,which can be obtainied by contacting us prior. You will by notified by email once your return is complete.

Repairs

Most repairs are free of charge within 30 days of sale if clearly not a result of misuse. In other cases, repairs start at $10 and vary depending on the work involved. Note that all repairs will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. Payment in full required prior to being shipped out.

Jewelry Care

We make each piece of jewelry with the utmost quality and craftsmanship. However, we recommend treating your jewelry gently to ensure it's enjoyment for your years to come. The terrazzo centerpieces are sealed for additional protection. Please avoid excess exposure to water and cleaners. To maintain the luster of your jewelry, it is important to keep it clean. Avoid applying lotion, make up, perfume, hairspray, or other chemicals while wearing your jewelry. Silver and gold will naturally tarnish over time due to contact with the air, so keep a jar of store bought jewelry cleaner or a polishing cloth handy for times when a little buff or polish is needed.
